1. Customer agrees to pay $250 for the dumpster rental, which includes up to 7 days rental plus the dumping fee of $135 as well as any overages incurred due to improper loading or additional days requested by the Customer. Additional days are available at a rate of $10 per day or as set by Valley Bins staff.
2. A fuel surcharge of $0.35 will be applied to locations outside of the normal coverage area, 20km from South Farmington
3. The customer is responsible for any additional fees issued by the landfill for BANNED items listed below, the customer will be notified as soon as possible after disposal if there are any additional fees.
4. There will be a $150 deposit upon delivery of the dumpster. Payment in full is due within 10 days of container pick up. Any unpaid balance after 30 days will start to accrue 15% interest from the date of container pick up until paid in full. There will be a minimum of a $25 late fee.
1. While refuse dumpsters are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow them to be placed into the dumpster: Medical waste or animal carcasses, asbestos, paint, CARDBOARD, automobile tires, TVs, computers, and other recyclable electronics, pesticides, cleaners, batteries, propane tanks, fluorescent lights, oil, anti-freeze, and other automotive fluids. Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, or concrete. Please let us know and we can help you dispose of such heavy items in a more efficient manner.
2. All refuse shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the dumpster.
3. Access and Ground Conditions: The Customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface, and you should therefore take steps to protect surfaces (e.g. paving slabs, soft ground) before delivery. Should the container cause damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading. Valley Bins is only responsible if this is due to our negligence. We have specifically identified that heavy containers may cause damage and that the placement of these heavy containers.
4. Should the Customer fail to return the container, Valley Bins maintains the right to enter upon the premises where the container may be without notice and take possession of and remove it at the Customer’s expense all without legal process, the Customer hereby waving any claims for damages from any such entry or removal.
5. Should there be an environmental pollution situation caused by banned hazardous waste leaking from the dumpster, the customer will be held 100% liable for the clean-up.
