Terms + Conditions

Rental Fee
The rental fee is $250, which includes up to 7 days of use. Disposal fees are charged at $118.40 =tax per ton for mixed waste. Clean, sorted construction debris may qualify for a lower rate.
Additional charges may apply for improper loading, excess weight, or extra rental days. Additional days are billed at $20 +tax per day.
Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge of $0.50 +tax per km applies to delivery locations more than 20 km from Greenwood.
Landfill Surcharges
The Customer is responsible for any additional landfill fees related to prohibited or banned items. Valley Bins will notify the Customer as soon as possible if such fees are incurred.
Deposit, Payment & Late Fees
A $300 deposit is due upon delivery of the dumpster.
The remaining balance is due within 15 days of container pickup.
Any unpaid balance after 30 days will accrue 15% interest, calculated from the pickup date, plus a minimum $25 late fee.

Prohibited Materials
The following items are NOT permitted in the dumpster:
- Medical waste or animal carcasses
- Asbestos
- Paint, aerosol cans
- Cardboard
- Tires
- TVs, computers, or other electronic waste
- Pesticides, cleaners, batteries
- Propane tanks
- Fluorescent lights
- Oil, antifreeze, or other automotive fluids
- Black garbage bags
- Extremely heavy materials such as asphalt shingles, rock, dirt, or concrete are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please contact us for proper disposal options.

Loading Requirements
All materials must remain inside the dumpster and not exceed the top or sides. Weight must be distributed as evenly as possible.
Access & Surface Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access for delivery and pickup, as well as suitable ground conditions.
Valley Bins is not responsible for surface damage unless caused by our negligence. Customers are encouraged to protect surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or soft ground prior to delivery. Heavy containers may cause damage due to weight.
Failure to Return Container
If the dumpster is not returned as agreed, Valley Bins reserves the right to enter the property without notice to retrieve it at the Customer’s expense. The Customer waives any claims related to such entry or removal.
Environmental Liability
The Customer is fully responsible for any environmental cleanup costs resulting from prohibited or hazardous materials placed in the dumpster.
